NYSERDA is pleased to announce the second National Conference on Renewable Energy and
Energy Efficiency Workforce Education to take place March 17 - 20, 2008, at
Hudson Valley Community College outside of Albany, New York.
This conference builds on the first Workforce Education Conference
which was held in November 2006. Conference sessions will
address best practices and teaching models for a wide variety of
renewable energy and energy efficiency job sectors, and will focus on
instructional strategies, curricula development and related
practitioner training and market trends. There will be a
series of technical workshops before the conference starts and an
exhibit during the conference.
Proposals for presentations and workshops are currently being sought.
Submitting a short proposal is easy. You can follow
the instructions or go to www.hvcc.edu/energyconference.
Please follow the format and include the information requested.
For presentations, there is a list of topic areas to address.
