Development Team

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority announces that United Group of Companies was chosen to lead a team that will design, finance, construct and manage a new building totaling 100,000 square feet at the Saratoga Technology + Energy Park^® (STEP^®) in Malta, New York.

United Group of Companies (UG) is a nationally recognized and award-winning corporation with over 30 years of successful experience in development, financing, acquisitions, repositioning, and professional management of a wide variety of real estate assets.

The STEP development team assembled by the United Group includes Einhorn, Yaffee, Prescott (architects); Turner Construction (construction); Saratoga Associates (civil engineers); United Realty Management Corp. (property management); and Millennium Capital, LLC (financing).
