Mentor ProgramThe STEP Mentor Program is designed to provide business-related problem-solving services to those companies located at STEP. The Program consists of retired and semi-retired local business people with expertise in finance, marketing, management, and sales. These individuals provide no-cost or low-cost consulting on a project-related basis, or for more general "how-to" knowledge.
