Rich Sussman has over 10 years experience in numerous leadership positions, most recently for a prime contractor of the naval nuclear propulsion program.  Rich is a strategic planner with expertise in business development, strategic plan implementation, budgetary and financial preparation and administration, and resource management planning.  He has led numerous complex projects with an annual development budget in excess of $100 million.  Rich holds a master of Business Administration from Union Graduate College, a Master of Science in Electric Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.  Rich is also a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy Reserve and was recently nominated Junior Officer of the Year.

Greg Johnson has extensive hands-on budgeting, project management, and problem solving experience, most recently for a prime contractor of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.  Greg has worked on numerous corporate initiatives, including internal process improvements and external vendor cost and quality issues.  The most notable cost-saving project addressed the reduction of recurring costs of a $2 billion construction program by 25% to support long term fleet acquisition needs.  Greg holds a Master of Business Administration from Union Graduate College and a Bachelor of Science in Electric Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  Greg was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Albany-Tula Alliance, a non-profit group dedicated to building business, educational, healthcare, and cultural relationships between the sister cities of Albany, NY and Tula, Russia
